Shay pours love into every ArtByShay print, and each piece is made especially for you. Because every print is created to order, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Shay within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

What qualifies for a replacement:

• Print damaged in transit (bent, creased, torn, smudged, water damage, etc.)

• Incorrect size or product delivered

• A printing defect

What does not qualify:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color differences due to screen variations

• Ordering the wrong size

Shay is committed to making sure every piece arrives safely and beautifully to its new home. If something goes wrong, it will be made right with care and compassion.

Sales Tax Information:
ArtByShay is required by law to collect sales tax on all physical artwork and prints shipped within New York State. This includes original artworks, limited editions, matted pieces, and all fine art prints.

If your order is being delivered outside of New York State, no sales tax will be charged at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Only the LIMITED EDITION series prints are hand-signed and matted, ready to frame.

*Are your prints limited editions?

Some works are limited edition runs. Once sold out, they will not be reprinted in the same format or size.

*Can I send a print to someone else?

Absolutely! Shay can ship directly to your recipient, just be sure to use their address as the shipping address.

For every eligible piece sold, a donation will be given to a trusted animal rescue organization. Donations are made monthly, and updates are occasionally shared on Shay’s social pages to celebrate the community impact.

*What if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives bent or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. ArtByShay will send a replacement at no cost to you.
