However, your happiness and the safe arrival of this artwork are extremely important to Shay.

If the original arrives damaged during transit, please contact Shay within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging. She will work directly with you to resolve the situation through either:

• An insurance claim,
• A repair (if possible), or
• A refund, depending on the severity of the damage and the carrier’s assessment.

If the artwork is lost in transit, Shay will open an immediate claim with the shipping carrier and keep you updated throughout the process. All original works include insurance coverage for the full sale value.

Please note:
Because this is a professionally framed original, once shipped safely and received, it cannot be returned for preference changes, décor changes, or collector’s remorse.

All sales are final unless damage occurs during shipping.
