Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we will make it right with care and priority.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the artwork
  • Photographs of the original packaging

Once reviewed, a complimentary replacement will be arranged.

Fine Art Prints & Originals:

All fine art prints are hand-produced by ArtByShay in small batches.

This intentional process may result in subtle variations, enhancing the individuality and authenticity of each piece. Please allow for thoughtful production time, as each print is handled with care and precision.

Originals are non-refundable. If your original framed piece is delivered damaged, please see Damaged or Defective Items above for instructions.
