ArtByShay ships fine art prints, original artwork, and commissioned pieces with care to ensure safe delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

Prints are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
Original artwork and commissioned pieces ship after completion and final approval.
Processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or discussed prior to shipment for commissioned artwork. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers. ArtByShay is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

ArtByShay currently ships within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact ArtByShay prior to purchasing.

PACKAGING

All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Prints and originals are shipped flat or rolled depending on size and medium.

DAMAGED OR LOST ARTWORK

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact ArtByShay within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damage and packaging. If a package is lost in transit, ArtByShay will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim when applicable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ArtByShay is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
